If traffic or messages from an IP address used by ipvolt have harmed you or broken the law, email hello@ipvolt.com with the subject "Abuse". Please include:

- the IP address and port, if known
- the date, time and time zone of the activity, ideally as a range in UTC
- what happened, with the relevant log lines or headers, and no more personal data than needed
- how we can reach you

We acknowledge reports within one business day and act on credible reports promptly. Mobile proxy addresses are carrier IPs that change over time: an address one of our customers used at one moment may be used by other people, including ordinary mobile users, at another, so exact times matter. We may not always be able to link an address and time to a customer.

We do not disclose customer identities in reply to abuse reports. We respond to requests from authorities when the law requires it.
