Separate browser profiles with per-profile proxy settings

[Lalicat](https://www.lalicat.com/) describes its antidetect browser as a way to manage separate profiles with their own cookies, local storage and fingerprint settings. Its [proxy documentation](https://www.lalicat.com/proxy-ip-configuration-2) makes a key distinction: Lalicat does not provide proxy IPs. Obtain the connection details from your chosen proxy provider.

## Match the browser and connection requirements

| Requirement | Where it comes from | What to check |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Run the desktop application | [Windows 10/11 x64](https://www.lalicat.com/download) | The current download targets Windows. Review its hardware requirements before installing; the page recommends an SSD. |
| Separate browser workspaces | [Lalicat browser profiles](https://www.lalicat.com/) | Review the profile’s browser settings separately from its network connection. A new profile does not supply a proxy IP. |
| Route a profile through a proxy | [Your proxy provider](https://www.lalicat.com/proxy-ip-configuration-2) | The provider supplies the address, port and authentication details. Lalicat’s [setup example](https://www.lalicat.com/infatica-p2b-proxy-network) documents HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 options. |

## Documented proxy setup and checks

### 1. Create the profile

Follow the [profile guide](https://www.lalicat.com/create-browser-profile) to name the workspace and choose its browser settings. The simulated operating system is a profile setting; use the desktop requirements above to check where the application runs.

### 2. Enter the connection details

Select the protocol that matches your provider. Enter its address, port and applicable username/password in that profile. Lalicat’s [provider walkthrough](https://www.lalicat.com/proxy-seller) shows these as separate fields; copy the values supplied for your own connection.

### 3. Check the network and save

Run the built-in proxy/network check and save the profile. The [walkthrough](https://www.lalicat.com/proxy-seller) describes green IP/location output on success. For a red result, recheck the protocol, address, port and authentication against your provider’s instructions. Button names and save/check order differ across Lalicat’s guides.

### 4. Verify inside the opened profile

Open the saved profile and use an IP-check page to inspect its outgoing address. Lalicat’s [Infatica example](https://www.lalicat.com/infatica-p2b-proxy-network) compares that result with the client check. For rotating proxies, check your provider’s expected behavior before treating a changed address as a fault. An IP check does not establish destination-site acceptance or account safety.

Prepared by ipvolt from Lalicat’s official documentation, checked 5 October 2026. ipvolt has not installed or tested Lalicat or a live proxy integration.
