Choose the customer journey Check the country edition, delivery options and network viewpoint separately. Each comparison below gives you the customer settings to keep fixed and the result to investigate next. ### Is this the Netherlands or Belgium storefront? Coolblue says orders on Coolblue.nl are delivered in the Netherlands, while Coolblue.be serves Belgium. You cannot order on its Dutch site for delivery in Belgium. Both markets can involve Dutch-language pages, so record the edition explicitly. **Keep fixed:** Product variant and language. Pair the Dutch edition with a Netherlands destination; make the Belgian edition and destination a separate case. **Inspect:** The website hostname, selected delivery country and final URL. If an automatic redirect occurs, record it before changing cookies, locale or exit location. Start with the website and destination pair. Changing an exit address is not a remedy for choosing the wrong ordering site. Keep the delivery postcode visible in your comparison record before interpreting an absent option as a network problem. **Keep fixed:** The item, seller, delivery address, quantity and account state. Compare another postcode only as a separately labeled change. **Inspect:** Which options appear for the same order and destination, and when you checked. Keep an unavailable option distinct from an error loading the page. Check the postcode and item eligibility first. An Amsterdam exit label cannot establish delivery-slot availability for a particular order. Large or heavy items and partner items are examples for which collection is not always possible. A pickup comparison therefore needs the same item and seller. **Keep fixed:** Product variant, seller, destination and basket contents. Use a separate case for a different item size or seller. **Inspect:** Whether collection is offered, the selected collection point if available, and any eligibility message. Record absence as an outcome rather than inventing a delivery estimate. Resolve the order’s collection eligibility before changing the proxy. If comparing sellers, label that change rather than interpreting the result as an IP effect. After checking edition and fulfillment settings, compare your own storefront with the same session through the required network viewpoint. Keep a Netherlands country requirement separate from Amsterdam targeting or a named access network. **Keep fixed:** The exact URL, locale, cookies, account state and destination settings. Change only the exit in the network comparison. **Inspect:** The final country edition, visible delivery settings and application outcome. A country match with an unexplained city result calls for location evidence, not an assumed Amsterdam guarantee. Use three destinations for the investigation: wrong edition goes to site selection; missing delivery or pickup goes to order eligibility; changed regional behavior with everything else held fixed goes to a network-location check. ## Dutch mobile network context. Turn a carrier name into a requirement RDI names KPN, Odido and VodafoneZiggo as the three Dutch mobile network operators. Use the distinctions below when describing a route. None of these public network facts confirms ipvolt supply or a proxy seller’s access. Before you join ### Does a Netherlands proxy select the right Dutch shop? Record the actual country edition and destination settings. The Coolblue example above ties delivery country to the ordering website; a Dutch-language page alone does not establish Netherlands delivery. ### Do I need an Amsterdam exit to check Dutch delivery? Start with the actual delivery address and the shop’s eligibility rules. Define Amsterdam as a separate network-location requirement only when your application needs that distinction. Country selection alone does not establish a city guarantee. ### Does a Dutch telecom name prove mobile access? Specify the required access type and ask for evidence about the offered route.
