## Separate the US exit from the delivery destination.

Choose the retail question

Choose the question your storefront check needs to answer. Keep the product and customer settings consistent, then change one location input at a time.

### Is the item unavailable, or is the delivery mode different?

Walmart separates pickup, delivery from a store and parcel shipping. An item that supports one mode may not support another. Start by choosing the mode your customer needs before comparing the page through a US exit.

**Keep fixed:** Product variant, seller, selected store, address, account state and fulfillment mode. Reuse the same page and session settings when changing the exit.

**Inspect:** Which mode is selected, item availability, delivery estimate and observation time. Save unavailable results too; do not combine different modes into one stock count.

If an item is available for shipping but not local delivery, record that as a fulfillment difference. It does not, by itself, show that the proxy failed.

### Does the selected address have a store in range?

For Walmart delivery, the entered address determines which stores are shown in range. Its help directs customers toward shipping or pickup when no stores are listed. This is a different question from whether a request has a US source address.

**Keep fixed:** One authorized delivery address and the same basket. Compare local delivery with a separate pickup or shipping case, clearly labeled as a changed input.

**Inspect:** Whether a store is offered for delivery, which store is selected and whether an alternative fulfillment mode remains available. Keep the selected store in the result record.

Check the address and store selection first. Only escalate to a more precise exit location when your actual application requirement depends on the network location.

### Does nationwide include Alaska and Hawaii?

Target says many items ship to all 50 states, while Alaska and Hawaii have item restrictions, including some heavy, oversized and direct-manufacturer items. Its item descriptions identify restrictions; estimated delivery dates depend on availability and the shipping address.

**Keep fixed:** Exact item and variant, seller, shipping method and session state. Change the authorized destination address as its own test; keep an exit-location comparison separate.

**Inspect:** The item restriction, shipping eligibility and estimated arrival shown for each destination. Label an ineligible item separately from a transport or page-loading failure.

When those destinations matter, add explicit Alaska or Hawaii address cases. A successful mainland case cannot answer an address-specific restriction elsewhere in the US.

### Which location requirement should you buy?

Use the preceding results to write a narrow requirement. A US storefront check starts at country level. A selected-store or shipping-address question first needs the corresponding site settings. Add a state or metro requirement only for a documented network-location behavior.

**Keep fixed:** The same product, site edition, address, store, fulfillment method and signed-in state across an exit comparison. Start with a small permitted check.

**Inspect:** A separate outcome for page loading, regional content and fulfillment eligibility. Record the final URL and the changed input so a regional mismatch has a reproducible explanation.

Example decision: if changing the delivery address removes a shipping option while the exit stays fixed, investigate delivery eligibility. If the same address and session produce a different regional page after only the exit changes, investigate that network-location behavior.

## US network names need a precise requirement.

Specify the access type

AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile publish mobile coverage maps. These are examples for a network brief, not a list of ipvolt inventory. Retail coverage does not establish a seller’s proxy location or access.

Network context to discuss with a provider

| Network | Published context | Useful requirement |
| --- | --- | --- |
| AT&T | Its wireless map describes approximate outdoor coverage. [AT&T: wireless coverage map](https://www.att.com/maps/wireless-coverage.html) | Request evidence for the supplied exit and required access type; a map pin is not an exit sample. |
| Verizon | Verizon distinguishes mobile service, fiber-based Fios and cellular 5G Home Internet. [Verizon: mobile and home coverage](https://www.verizon.com/coverage-map/) | Specify whether mobile or home access matters. The Verizon name alone leaves that distinction unanswered. |
| T-Mobile | It publishes a mobile coverage map. [T-Mobile: mobile coverage map](https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/coverage-map) | Ask whether the offered route meets your country or regional requirement; do not infer city targeting from retail coverage. |

## Prepare the route, then the storefront.

Make the comparison repeatable

### Verify a single request

Use your provider’s documented gateway and an authorized diagnostic destination. Establish routing before interpreting a retailer response.

### Hold browser settings steady

Keep cookies, language and account state consistent so a new browser context does not become an unexplained second change.

## Need to verify a US exit?

Technical evaluation

Use the separate USA guide for country, state and city evidence, network identity and a bounded provider evaluation. Keep those observations alongside your storefront results.

## A clearer starting point.

Before you join

### Do I need a city proxy to check a selected US store?

Start by setting the actual store and destination on the site. A city-level exit is a separate requirement when your application uses network location at that level. Define the behavior you need to verify before paying for a finer location selector.

### Can a US proxy remove an Alaska or Hawaii shipping restriction?

Treat shipping eligibility as an item-and-destination question. The Target example above shows why a US network viewpoint is not enough to establish that a particular order can ship to either state.

### Are ipvolt USA proxies available now?

ipvolt is in development and US availability is unconfirmed. Joining early access does not reserve a US address, carrier or launch date. You will receive one email when access opens.
