Email hello@ipvolt.com. We aim to reply to payment and device problems within one business day, and to everything else within two business days.

  1. Check the invoice page first. "Confirming" means we have seen your payment and are waiting for the blockchain: Bitcoin needs 1 confirmation, Litecoin 6, and other networks a final block. This usually takes minutes but can take longer when a network is busy. Do not send the payment again.
  2. If the invoice shows that the window closed, that the payment is under review, or no payment 30 minutes after you sent it, email us with the subject "Payment" and the invoice ID (the invoice page fills this in for you). Include:
    • the transaction ID (hash) and the network you sent on
    • the amount and coin you sent, and when
  3. We check the blockchain and credit or refund the payment under the Payments and Refunds Policy.

Device not working?

Tell us the device name, its outgoing IP and the order number shown in your dashboard, what you tried (rotating, HTTP and SOCKS5) and the error you saw. If we cannot fix or replace the device, we credit the unused time to your balance.

Forgot your password?

If you are signed in, change it in the dashboard. Otherwise, email us; we check that the request comes from you before issuing a new password.

Keep your secrets

Never send your wallet seed phrase, private keys or passwords. ipvolt will never ask for them.
