ipvolt runs on a prepaid US-dollar balance. You top it up with crypto, rent mobile proxies from it, and nothing renews on its own. This page summarizes how that works; the Payments and Refunds Policy is the binding text.
Top up your balance
In the dashboard, create a top-up invoice for the amount you want, from $1. The invoice shows one payment address, the network, the coin and the exact amount to send, and the rate is fixed for 60 minutes. Your balance is credited automatically once the payment confirms on its blockchain. If a payment is short, late or on the wrong network, the policy explains what happens and Support explains what to send us.
Rent a device
A mobile proxy is rented for 1 day or for 30 days. When you confirm an order, the price is reserved from your balance and charged only once the device is delivered; if the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount returns to your balance. Current prices are on the Pricing page, and the checkout always shows the live price.
Renew before the rental ends
Rentals do not renew automatically. To keep a device, open it in the dashboard, choose 1 day or 30 days under Renew this device and select Get renewal price. The quote is valid for two minutes; confirm it to pay from your balance. The dashboard warns you when a rental ends within 24 hours. When a rental ends, the device and its credentials stop working.
Refunds
Started rentals are not refundable, except that unused time is credited to your balance, pro rata by the hour, if a device fails and cannot be repaired or replaced, or if we stop a rental for a reason other than a breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Rotation, the carrier returning the same IP, or a website blocking a device do not qualify. Order refunds are credited to your balance. Balance does not expire, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
