Is this the Netherlands or Belgium storefront?

Coolblue says orders on Coolblue.nl are delivered in the Netherlands, while Coolblue.be serves Belgium. You cannot order on its Dutch site for delivery in Belgium. Both markets can involve Dutch-language pages, so record the edition explicitly.

Product variant and language. Pair the Dutch edition with a Netherlands destination; make the Belgian edition and destination a separate case.

Inspect

The website hostname, selected delivery country and final URL. If an automatic redirect occurs, record it before changing cookies, locale or exit location.

Start with the website and destination pair. Changing an exit address is not a remedy for choosing the wrong ordering site.

bol shows extra delivery options per item while ordering, and some options are unavailable in certain postcode areas. Keep the delivery postcode visible in your comparison record before interpreting an absent option as a network problem.

Which options appear for the same order and destination, and when you checked. Keep an unavailable option distinct from an error loading the page.

bol says that when the collection-point option is absent, the order cannot use it. Large or heavy items and partner items are examples for which collection is not always possible. A pickup comparison therefore needs the same item and seller.

Inspect

Whether collection is offered, the selected collection point if available, and any eligibility message. Record absence as an outcome rather than inventing a delivery estimate.

After checking edition and fulfillment settings, compare your own storefront with the same session through the required network viewpoint. Keep a Netherlands country requirement separate from Amsterdam targeting or a named access network.

Inspect

The final country edition, visible delivery settings and application outcome. A country match with an unexplained city result calls for location evidence, not an assumed Amsterdam guarantee.
